This is the story of a "felucca girl" in Luxor, Egypt.

I have refound my youth in this amazing country, making it my permanent home, spending my time showing tourists the wonder of the eternal River Nile on a traditional sailing boat called a felucca.

Great Blog I follow

An interesting blog post by Paul Barford. I always read his blog and enjoy his comments.

This one is about the recent news that an egyptian is planning to "fight a lion". An event which was confirmed, then not confirmed and has been confirmed yet again. Not good publicity at all, whether it goes ahead or not.
