This is the story of a "felucca girl" in Luxor, Egypt.

I have refound my youth in this amazing country, making it my permanent home, spending my time showing tourists the wonder of the eternal River Nile on a traditional sailing boat called a felucca.

Back online

Following my recent move from the East Bank of Luxor to the West Bank of Luxor, I am now the proud owner of a dongle!  I miss my usual adsl connection though! But needs must and I need to be online.
I will be back blogging as usual in the next few days....... beginning with the fun, stress and trauma of moving house in Luxor, Egypt!

    I've never experienced the joys of ADSL in Luxor as no telephone lines where I am...only the trusty dongle for me.Look forward to hearing about your move to the West Bank, never lived West of the river either.Hope your enjoying your new home
