This is the story of a "felucca girl" in Luxor, Egypt.

I have refound my youth in this amazing country, making it my permanent home, spending my time showing tourists the wonder of the eternal River Nile on a traditional sailing boat called a felucca.

Felucca down the Nile!

Great report on the journey from Aswan to Cairo on a felucca, by Joshua Marichich and Will Reynolds!

I followed their progress on their blog On The Nile, 2 Americans set sail in search of the New Egypt  but sadly did not find out about them until after they had left Luxor!  I communicated with Josh via email........ it would have been fantastic to have met them while they were here!
